# Workspace Settings

> Tìm mọi cài đặt workspace ở một nơi: mỗi tab điều khiển gì, ai có thể thay đổi và tìm hiểu thêm ở đâu.

Workspace settings quyết định cách CloudThinker làm việc trong một [workspace](https://docs.cloudthinker.io/vi/guide/workspaces.md): CloudThinker truy cập được những gì, agent hành xử ra sao và những thay đổi nào cần người duyệt. Mở từ **More → Workspace settings** ở cuối menu trên cùng của thanh bên.

Thanh cài đặt nhóm các tab thành bốn mục, theo thứ tự sau.

**Automations** không có tab ở đây mà nằm ở một mục riêng trên thanh bên, vì mỗi automation có trang riêng. Xem [Automations](https://docs.cloudthinker.io/vi/guide/automation/automations.md).

Mọi vai trò đều thấy mọi tab trừ **BYOK**, tab chỉ Admin workspace mới thấy. Developer và Viewer có thể mở các tab còn lại nhưng không lưu được phần lớn thay đổi, và **Credentials** mở ở trạng thái khóa với thông báo "Credentials are restricted" để giữ kín các giá trị đã lưu. **Knowledge** bị ẩn khi module Knowledge Base bị tắt cho workspace của bạn.

## Thiết lập workspace mới

Thiết lập xong bốn tab sau là workspace sẵn sàng dùng thật. Làm theo thứ tự:

1. **Connections:** kết nối các hệ thống agent cần điều tra, ưu tiên chỉ đọc trước.
2. **Approvals:** chọn cách phê duyệt thay đổi trước khi cho phép bất kỳ thao tác ghi nào.
3. **Members:** mời những người sẽ làm việc ở đây.
4. **Notifications:** gửi phát hiện và yêu cầu phê duyệt đến nơi team bạn vẫn theo dõi.
