CloudThinker provides comprehensive cloud resource management through an AI-powered platform that helps you discover, assess, and optimize your cloud infrastructure. This guide walks you through the key features and capabilities.

Cloud Resource Discovery & Sync

Automatically discover and sync resources across major cloud providers including AWS, Azure, and GCP. CloudThinker seamlessly connects to your configured cloud environments, collecting comprehensive resource information including:

AI-powered recommendations

The Recommendations in CloudThinker provides you with AI-powered insights to optimize your cloud environment. After CloudThinker's specialized agents perform discovery, assessment, and analysis of your resources, they generate intelligent recommendations based on their findings and predictive analysis.

These recommendations are designed to help you improve efficiency, enhance performance, and significantly reduce costs within your cloud infrastructure. The system identifies potential areas for optimization, such as rightsizing instances, evaluating migration strategies, optimizing schedules, and implementing monitoring improvements.

Within the Recommendations tab, you can easily manage and track these suggested actions. You have the ability to save recommendations for future review and action, allowing you to prioritize and plan your optimization efforts effectively.

Each recommendation is presented with key information to aid your decision-making, including:

  • Potential Savings (Monthly): An estimate of the monthly cost reduction you can achieve by implementing the recommendation.

  • Effort: An indication of the complexity or work required to implement the recommendation (e.g., Low, Medium, High).

  • Risk: An assessment of the potential risk associated with implementing the recommendation (e.g., Low, Medium, High).

Furthermore, the Recommendations tab provides visual summaries, such as a bar chart illustrating the "Monthly Cost Savings Potential by Recommendation," allowing you to quickly understand the potential impact of different optimization categories like Instance Rightsizing, Graviton Migration, Schedule Optimization, and CloudWatch Monitoring.

By providing a centralized location for these AI-driven insights and management features, the Recommendations tab empowers you to proactively optimize your cloud resources and maximize your return on investment.
