Welcome to Cloud Thinker! This guide will walk you through our subscription tiers and how to manage your account and payments. We use Stripe, a secure and reliable payment processor, to handle all transactions.
We offer four subscription tiers to meet your needs:
Visit Cloud Thinker and click on the "Sign Up" or "Sign In" button.
After setting up your account, your default subscription tier is Starter.
For paid tiers, you'll be directed to our secure payment checkout:
Enter your payment details (credit card, debit card, or other supported methods).
Review your subscription details and total cost.
Click "Subscribe" to complete the process.
Log in to your account and navigate to Configuration/Subscription
Choose your desired tier
Click on "Upgrade" or "Downgrade"
Confirm the upgrade/downgrade. Our team will help process a refund for the remaining days of your current billing cycle once the change is complete.
Log in and go to Configuration/Subscription
Click on "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the process
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan.
You can update your payment method at any time in your account settings.
Q: When will I be billed? A: You'll be billed on the same date each month (or year for annual plans) based on your initial subscription date.
Q: Where can I get my invoice after the payment process? A: You can get your invoice at Configuration/Billing in the Cloud Thinker sidebar.
Q: Can I get a refund if I cancel mid-cycle? A: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Q: How secure is my payment information? A: We use Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor, to ensure your payment information is secure. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.
Q: How do I get an Enterprise plan? A: For Enterprise plans, please contact us. We'll work with you to create a custom solution that fits your organization's needs.
