Home is the screen you land on after sign-in: everything waiting on you, one status line per module, and a banner for any live incident. The Activity page is the matching archive — a searchable inbox of everything agents have reported across modules.

Why start at Home

  • One glance instead of five tabs. Home pulls waiting work from every module onto a single screen.
  • Only your work. Each item appears only if your role can view the surface it belongs to.
  • Nothing stale. Items older than a month drop off the feed, so an old ask never masquerades as live work.
  • Alarms stay separate. The incident banner is the only element on Home that alarms; everything else stays calm.

The Needs you feed

The Needs you card lists what agents are waiting on you for, newest ask first, up to four items at a time. Each row names the item, what kind of ask it is, and how long it has been waiting; selecting it opens the surface where you answer. An item leaves the feed when you act on it, and live incidents already shown in the incident banner are not repeated here. When nothing waits, the card says so — an empty feed is the goal state.

Module status cards

The Modules card shows every module your role can see, each with one line summarizing its work queue: Selecting a module opens it. A separate Automation today card lists every automation run scheduled or completed today, so you can confirm background work actually ran.

The incident banner

When incidents are live, a banner appears above everything else on Home showing up to the three worst by severity. Point at it to fan the stack out and open any incident directly. The banner appears only when an incident is live and only if your role can view Resolve — no incidents means no banner, not an empty box.

Find past reports in Activity

The notification bell in the top bar opens your inbox as a small panel — enough for triage. The Activity page at app.cloudthinker.io/activity is the same inbox as a full page, built for finding one item among hundreds:
  • Search notifications by text.
  • Filter by module or narrow to unread only.
  • Mark all read to clear the counter in one click.
Selecting any row navigates to the finding, review, incident, or conversation it reports on. To change which events reach you and on which channels — email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Google Chat — see Notifications.

FAQ

The feed is scoped to your role. An incident decision, for example, appears only if you can view Resolve. Ask a workspace admin to check your role if you expect an item you cannot see.
Items older than a month drop off the Needs you feed automatically. The underlying work is still there in its own module — the feed only stops treating it as live.
No. It is the monthly savings agents have found and you could act on — the actionable upper bound, not realized savings.
