Reports asks Anna to turn a fixed snapshot of saved Optimize data into a report. Generate it once, or schedule recurring runs for a fixed account scope.

Choose a report

Reports use evidence Optimize already stores. Generating a report does not refresh the cloud provider or turn missing evidence into zero.

Choose the scope

Each account stays in a separate report section. Optimize never adds unlike currencies together. A connection added later does not enter an existing schedule, and a disconnected captured account appears as an evidence gap.

Generate a report now

  1. Open Optimize → Reports.
  2. Choose Selected account or All accounts.
  3. Select Generate on a report card.
  4. Review the fresh conversation Anna opens and the report it produces.
One-off generation does not send a completion notification because you are already watching the conversation.

Schedule recurring reports

You need Optimize management permission to create or change schedules.
  1. Select Schedule report and choose a report type.
  2. Set the cadence and optional expiry.
  3. Confirm the captured account scope.
  4. Use Scheduled reports to pause, resume, delete, or open the latest successful report.
Every scheduled run opens a fresh conversation and stores its report. A run succeeds only when that report exists. Successful scheduled runs notify the schedule owner and link to the conversation; failed runs do not send a ready notification.

Evidence limits

Anna receives one fixed Optimize data snapshot for the report. The report names freshness, partial coverage, and missing connections. It does not claim realized ROI, budget variance, purchase advice, or a root cause that the available evidence cannot establish.
