Prerequisites
- The Developer or Admin workspace role — Viewers can open shared pages but cannot create or revoke links
- An artifact to share, in the Artifacts gallery or in a conversation
Create a share link
1
Open the item you want to share
Open it from the Artifacts gallery, or use the artifact panel in the conversation that produced it.
2
Click the share icon
The Share dialog opens. It explains that anyone with the link can view the item without signing in.
3
Click Create share link
Success state: the dialog shows the share URL with Open link and Revoke actions.
4
Copy the URL and send it
Paste it into an email, a ticket, or a chat — recipients need no CloudThinker account.
What viewers see
- Only that item. The link opens one artifact — it grants no access to your workspace, conversations, or other artifacts.
- The current saved version. The page reads the item as it exists now; it is not frozen at the moment you shared it.
- No sign-in. Anyone who has the URL can open it. Treat a share link like the content itself.
- Your branding. Shared dashboards and reports carry your logo and a “Shared from” footer when workspace branding is set up.
- No raw secrets. Credential values that pass through agents are replaced with placeholders before they can appear in any output — see Data protection.
Revoke a link
Open the same share dialog and click Revoke. The link stops working immediately for everyone who has it. Sharing the item again later issues a fresh link.Conversation replays
A conversation can also exist as a public replay — a page that plays the exchange back message by message, with play/pause controls, 1×/2×/3×/5× speeds, a skip-ahead to the results, and a Watch again button at the end. Before any replay is served, CloudThinker scans the transcript and replaces detected secrets and personal data with***REDACTED***; a message that cannot be scanned cleanly is withheld entirely rather than shown unscanned.
Creating a replay link for your own conversations is not yet available in customer workspaces. You may still receive replay links — for example, from CloudThinker demos.
