Choose your plan
Credits are a single pool shared across all workspaces in your organization. Scale caps at 100 seats — beyond 100, move to Enterprise. On the plans page, Scale and Scale+ share one Scale card: pick 1x for Scale or 2x for Scale+.
AI features by plan
The Free plan runs direct chat only: web chat, Rooms, and CLI chat. Other runs, such as Review, RCA, and Automations, need a paid plan. A Free organization with a promotional Review grant can also run Review.
A plan with a ✓ in the Messaging integrations row is messaging-eligible: Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Chat share this one gate, so a plan that unlocks one unlocks all three.
